I am a results-driven professional with extensive experience in construction project management and public sector environmental management. My career has provided me with a strong foundation in planning, coordinating, and supervising projects while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the effective use of resources.
In my 4-year previous construction roles, I managed projects from planning through completion, overseeing project budgets, preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants, and supervising manpower to ensure projects were delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. I also handled daily site operations, monitored project progress, resolved technical and operational issues, and maintained effective communication among project stakeholders.
Currently, I serve as an OIC-Local Environment and Natural Resources Officer, where I lead environmental conservation initiatives and oversee the implementation of programs focused on environmental protection, natural resource management, and sustainable development. My responsibilities include managing 50 personnel, coordinating with government agencies related to environmental management and community stakeholders, developing and implementing environmental programs, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations, and promoting public awareness of conservation and resource management.
My combined experience in construction management and environmental governance has strengthened my leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities. I am committed to delivering practical, sustainable solutions and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational objectives while promoting responsible resource management and environmental stewardship.
