Mechanical Engineer turned remote Operations & Document Control specialist, with a track record spanning USD 840M infrastructure delivery, Australian mining and construction compliance, US construction operations, and end-to-end business systems building.
Most recently, I architected controlled-document infrastructure from scratch for a Perth-based asset management firm — building the document-numbering convention, templates, and traceability standards toward ISO 55001:2024 audit readiness, and engineering an automated document-production pipeline (Node.js, Python, LibreOffice) that cut manual handling to near zero. I manage documentation across SharePoint and OpenText Documentum/D2, and align every deliverable to the WHS Act, AS/NZS 4801, ISO 45001, and AS 4024 — SOPs, SWMS, ITPs, JHAs, and QMPs included.
Before that, as Construction Admin & Systems Manager for a Sydney plumbing contractor, I ran the tender process end-to-end, built the company's operational registers (asset, compliance, ITP), and kept safety documentation at 100% acknowledgement across active sites.
My foundation is heavier still: I led mechanical systems installation — HVAC, ventilation, fire safety — on the USD 840M Davao Twin Bypass Tunnel under a Shimizu-Ulticon-Takenaka JV, working to Japanese JIS standards with zero non-compliance penalties across every project I've managed.
I bring a rare combination: an engineering degree behind the paperwork, genuine megaproject delivery experience, enterprise DMS fluency, and the ability to build the systems most operators only use. I work AWST-aligned hours, communicate cleanly on Teams/Smartsheet/Slack, and deliver what I call "rock solid" — verified, traceable, on time.
Open to: Document Control, Construction/Project Administration, Operations & Systems Coordination, and Technical Writing roles with AU, US, UK, or global-remote employers.
