Hi, i'm ----------- C. ----------- I've been working in a different IT company as IT Support/System Engineer/IT Service Desk L2 for almost 10 years now.I was an IT Onsite support on my first job i do hardware and software troubleshooting/Inventory of hardware peripherals/Network Cabling/Travelling to assign areas for technical support as needed after a year i d----------- to enhance and learn something new.I work in Assurant BPO solution as an IT Support Onsite and promoted as an IT Engineer after a year. I do Account creation for the new employee and enrolling them on our biometric system also i was the one who in charge of our monthly internet billing also network monitoring for 2 years.On my 3rd Job i was an IT Service Desk on TATA Consultancy Services and we supported Shell users around the globe, we do hardware/software/Office 365 applications/Printer Troubleshooting, enrolling them on Mobile Connect and escalate issue to L2 when needed.On my 4th Job i was an IT Service Desk L2/System Engineer on Techno Global Team and supported Lancom Technology based in New Zealand, we are 24/7 Support on our clients, we do hardware/software/printer/network/servers Troubleshooting, creating account on Active Directory/Office 365/Citrix, we are also using Kordia and Meraki Dashboard as an Networking Monitoring and we also use ConnectWise for Ticketing tool, Labtech and Screen Connect for Remoting tools, IT Glue for Documentation.
And lastly I joined Arch Global Services and I was a IT Service Desk L2 supporting the whole company I do hardware/software/printer/network/servers/VDI/WVDI Troubleshooting, creating account on Active Directory/Office 365/Citrix including file restoration using Veeam and after 2 years I got promoted and transferred to security team as a Security Analyst L1 and got promoted to L2 after a year. What I do is to monitor all the vulnerabilities of the company machines, doing access auditor twice a year and making sure that all terminated/leavers from the company has no more access.
