*JUNO – AI Personal Assistant
I built JUNO (Jude’s Neural Operations Assistant) from the ground up using Python and Flask. The project explores AI/LLM integration, memory and context, tool routing, voice interaction, API integration, automation logic, and a web-based interface.
Building JUNO has strengthened my practical skills in software development, API integration, debugging, system design, and AI-assisted development.
*Sorella Tea – Custom POS & Inventory System
I also built a web-based POS and inventory management system designed for a beverage business. It includes order management, payment tracking, product management, inventory and ingredient tracking, costing, profit monitoring, and customizable business workflows.
This project allowed me to combine web development, business process thinking, inventory management, and practical system design.
*Automated Lead Capture System
I built a workflow connecting Google Forms, HubSpot CRM, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack to streamline lead collection, data organization, notifications, and follow-up processes.
Professional Background
Before transitioning into remote technical work, I spent 11+ years in electronics manufacturing and quality-related roles. This experience developed my attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, documentation habits, quality mindset, and process improvement skills.
I bring that same process-oriented approach to technical VA and automation work.
I’m comfortable researching unfamiliar tools, learning new systems, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting processes, and using AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving while maintaining human oversight and quality control.
