Your next launch, cohort, or offer push will create leads. The real question is whether your backend can handle them once they arrive.
Most sales leaks don't happen before a lead raises their hand. They happen after. A lead you follow up with tomorrow is not the same lead who was ready today, and every day of delay quietly drains the -----------ntum your launch already created.
I help high-ticket coaches and service-based businesses build that backend, using GoHighLevel, so leads get captured, followed up with fast, qualified, booked, and tracked instead of sitting in a spreadsheet or someone's memory.
Where I Come In
- Diagnosing exactly where leads are getting lost between "raised their hand" and "booked a call"
- Building the pipeline, follow-up, and qualification system your launch needs before it starts, not patched together after leads come in
- Setting up booking systems with reminders and confirmations to reduce no-shows
- Creating reporting dashboards so you can see exactly where every opportunity stands, not guess
- Migrating and consolidating scattered tools into one GHL account your team can actually run
Before you drive more demand, make sure your backend can manage the demand you already create. That's the part most coaches fix after the leak has already cost them, not before.
Recent Work
Over a 3-month engagement with a coaching business, I built and managed 20 client-facing funnels (assessment, booking, payment, onboarding) and executed 500+ system configurations across pipelines, CRM fields, and calendar automation, consolidating a fully disconnected tech stack into one platform their team could run without me in the room.
Before GHL, I spent over a decade in systems and operations across construction, real estate, and IT. That background is why the builds are grounded in how operations actually break down, not just platform theory.

Let's Work Together
If your next sales push is coming and you're not sure your backend is ready for it, let's talk. My part is building the system. Your part is telling me where it's currently breaking down.
