been responsible for managing complex project budgets exceeding 50 million pesos and
coordinating with over 100 personnel on site. Beyond the technical aspects of construction
management, I also have extensive experience in client relations. I served as the primary liaison
for luxury unit turnovers, meaning I am highly accustomed to communicating with VIP clients
and resolving end user concerns directly. This unique blend of project management expertise
and client communication allows me to handle high stakes administrative tasks with both
precision and professionalism.
For the last several years, I have been running my own engineering firm, Modcreations
Engineering Services. I manage all of our daily operations, from drafting project specifications
and estimates to coordinating with local government units and subdivision administrators. This
hands on experience has made me highly adaptable to remote work tools, including Procore,
ERP software, and the full Microsoft Office suite.
