I build automated workflows using n8n, connecting tools like Twilio, Airtable, and CRM platforms (including GoHighLevel) to handle tasks like lead follow-ups, data entry, appointment reminders, and reporting, so business owners get hours back every week.
I'm also hands-on user of Claude Code, which I use to build and troubleshoot automation systems faster and more reliably than most VAs offering "automation" as a checkbox skill. I'm self-taught in this space, which means I understand both the business side and the technical side (from building real automations).
