Roles and Responsibilities:
>Review and recommend approval of SBAR/PBAR(process to request budget/ and budget re-alignment);
>Review WPP(Work Procurement Packages/for Award) budget;
>Generate proper amount of accruals;
>Monitor actual manpower coop productivity, equipment utilization, material consumption, GAE and prelims;
>Provide relevant, reliable and timely reports related to change orders from clients and vendors;
>Identify the vendors with accomplishments but have not yet billed;
>Review final account for completed projects;
>Involved in the initial cost estimation and development of project budgets.
>Monitor actual project costs against the budget, identify any deviations/variations, and implement corrective actions to manage costs effectively.
>Involved in monitoring and estimating the cost impact of change orders or variations to the original project scope.
>Consolidating and validating subcontractor accomplishments, preparing billing statements, and monitoring Subcon Change Orders.
>Prepare regular reports on project costs, including accomplishment reports for subcontractor billing and performance.
>Collaborate with various teams, including operations, procurement, and subcontractors, to ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented.
>Ensures adherence to the company’s quality management system policies, processes, and procedures.
>Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
