I am an experienced Real Estate Agent and Customer Service professional living half my time in Philippines and half in Thailand. I can work legally online both in Philippines and Thailand.
I am looking for either an additional part time role online, or a full time role to replace my existing job.
Both in Philippines and Thailand, I have fast, stable Wi-Fi which facilitates my online working.
I'm currently working as an Online Customer Service Agent for Personal Collection PH Ltd. This role involves me calling existing customers to inform them about new products, services and promotions being offered by the company, with a view to drive sales. This role helps me to utilise my excellent communication skills to put customers at ease and engage them with company initiatives.
Before this, I was working in Real Estate for seven years selling apartments in Metro Manila. I was very successful in this sector selling over 80 apartments with a retail value of over 400 million PHP. In this sector, customers could be from all over the world, so this helped me develop my excellent English Language skills. Of course I am also fluent in Tagalog.
I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school and as a product checker at a distribution market.
My diverse experience in these various fields has helped me develop my communication and customer care skills with a wide range of people as well as giving me exposure to a number of I.T. systems and applications. I’m always aware of the aims and goals of each company I work for and do my best to help them achieve it.
