I’m a third-year Computer Science student from the Philippines with hands-on experience in short-form video editing, social media content creation, Canva design, administrative support, and programming. I specialize in editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut Pro, with a focus on strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, sound design, and viewer retention.
My approach to editing is performance-focused, not just aesthetic. I study competitor content and analyze top-performing versus lower-performing videos to understand what drives views, retention, shares, likes, and overall engagement. I have proven results showing improved short-form content metrics, including lower skip rates, higher like and share rates, and stronger overall engagement. I use these insights to continuously improve my edits and develop content that is more likely to perform.
I also have administrative experience from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), where I handled data entry, Excel, email communication, document organization, and general office support. My Computer Science background has strengthened my problem-solving skills and ability to learn new software, troubleshoot issues, and adapt quickly to different workflows.
