I have been working as a call center representative
for more than 10 years now. As we all know working for this kind of industry an employee should be patient in attending to the concerns of each caller. For more than a year of working for such industry I learned how to become more patient and my communication skills was really enhanced. It also trained me on how to deal with people well in different walks of life. I can also type faster now with 80 words per minute. I do multitask works and can work under pressure with little supervision.
