I support treasury and accounts receivable operations by handling daily bank deposit confirmations, transaction reconciliation, collection documentation, and financial record maintenance. I manage the settlement and reconciliation of Consumer Goods E-Commerce transactions across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and PayMongo, monitor outstanding payments, and process return-related transactions in Microsoft Dynamics AX. I also support Home Furnishings collections by preparing storage reports, billings, and Statements of Account for undelivered and unfilled orders. In addition, I handle employee advances reconciliation and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlement of transactions. I continuously look for opportunities to improve processes by developing monitoring tools that enhance tracking accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
