Hi, I'm Kenneth Sianson, I handle guest communication for short-term rentals and property management — inquiries, check-in instructions, issue resolution, and coordination with cleaners and maintenance.
My background is ten years of hospitality and customer service across three countries. I spent a year at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton hotel in Doha, where I learned what five-star guest service actually requires: anticipating problems, answering clearly, and staying calm when someone is upset. Before that I supervised a restaurant team in Saudi Arabia. I am currently a Coffee Master at Starbucks, where I serve around 300 customers a day and have trained 15 new tea-----------mbers.
What that means for you: I already know how to tell a guest “no” without losing the review. I know that most guest messages are not complaints — they are questions that need a fast, specific answer. And I know when to solve something myself and when to escalate to the owner.
What I do:
• Guest inquiries and booking questions — pre-booking through checkout
• Check-in and check-out instructions and troubleshooting
• Complaint handling and service recovery
• Cleaner, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Calendar, listing, and inbox management
I work non-voice — chat, email, and messaging — and I am available full time, including US, Canada, Australia, and UK hours.
