After a month of being able to excel in the field of HR management, I was promoted to be the HEAD OF HR AND TAMy coworkers have said that they have always admired by my reliability, punctuality, and analytical thinking. I have always been determined to manage my time efficiently, so that I can help others with any last-minute tasks, and use my extra time to review my work.I would say I excel at communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. In my previous role at REMOTODJO, I was responsible for overall aspects of Human Resource, Sourcing and Recruitment. I honed my communication skills by providing active and right candidates to clients, leading weekly tea-----------etings, presenting reports to the top management.
