I've done a lot of administrative work from the front-desk grunt work up to executive-level paperwork. I've been involved in creating, monitoring, evaluating and revising department targets, and I've done standard operating procedures (SOPs) to implement department projects.
I also love doing Excel as a hobby. I use it to prepare and clean data, analyze and visualize trends, and use other Microsoft Office 365 apps to better present and understand my analysis. I enjoy updating myself with different formulas and features of Office 365 and use it from Amazon templates to financial reports and census analysis. My broad experience with Excel help me fit in different industries whether in the e-commerce gig or the brick-and-mortar office.
Before I became an Excel enthusiast, I worked as a science module writer, a physics teacher, an editor of essays and university classwork, and an online English teacher. I also know medical devices (like radiotherapy equipment), and I can use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Photoshop too. I've written technical papers and research outputs, especially during the time I took my masters degree.
My experience sharpened me to be a quick learner in new fields, and equipped me with several skills I need for administrative roles.
