Most software projects don't fail because of the technology, they fail because engineering decisions don't scale with the product.
For the past seven years, I've worked as the engineer responsible for turning product ideas into systems that continue working as customers, merchants, and internal teams depend on them. I've built SaaS platforms, AI workflow products, Shopify storefronts, merchant applications, hiring platforms, and accessibility software for remote companies across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
I work across the entire stack because I prefer solving complete business problems rather than isolated frontend or backend tasks.
On the frontend, I build production applications using React, React Native, Next.js, Angular, Vue, and TypeScript with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and user experience.
On the backend, I design APIs and services using Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, Laravel, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, GraphQL, and AWS.
My Shopify experience goes beyond editing themes. I've architected Online Store 2.0 themes, built embedded Shopify apps, integrated the GraphQL Admin API, developed Theme App Extensions, implemented webhook processing, synchronized inventory and orders with third-party systems, optimized storefront performance, and built merchant tools used in production.
More recently, I've been building AI-powered workflow platforms where LLMs automate document processing, email generation, structured data extraction, and business workflows while maintaining validation, approval steps, and production reliability.
What clients usually appreciate most isn't that I know another framework.
It's that I can read an incomplete specification, identify technical risks before they become expensive, make practical architectural decisions, communicate clearly, and ship features that survive real production traffic.
I care about code quality because it directly affects delivery speed six months later. I write software that's easy for the next engineer, including myself, to maintain.
If you're looking for someone to build another landing page, I'm probably overqualified.
If you're looking for someone who can own a product, improve an existing codebase, lead difficult features from planning through deployment, and become a dependable long-term engineer on your team, we'll work well together.
