Before that, I worked 7 years in BPO as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative — eventually getting promoted to Team Leader at Concentrix.
What I do best:
• Build recurring weekly reports and dashboards in Excel
• Manage contracts, data entry, and reporting in Salesforce
• Handle customer support tickets in Zendesk
• Monitor shared inboxes (Outlook) and calendar management
• Audit timesheets and documentation with high attention to detail
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Tools I use daily: Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, Slack, Zoom.
