My BPO journey started way back 2009 so I have had customer service experience for over 10 years. Between 2009 to early 2018 I worked as a CSR, technical support and sales agent with both inbound and outbound accounts under multiple international BPO companies. I also had WFH side hustles in between those jobs and the longest I had was for a student loans account working as a sales agent. Worked as a GVA for 2 years for another international call center in between 2018 and 2020. After that I have been working as an Administrative Support/Assistant for my client. My skills include but not limited to data entry, social media and email management, intermediate knowledge in google suites and MS office apps, invoicing, basic photo editing using canva and video creation and editing using content samurai. I am also in charge of training people hired by my client.
