I worked as a Technical Support for 2 months. In that role, I handled computer troubleshooting, installed and configured software, assisted users, and managed email inboxes. I also organized messages and helped with daily communication tasks.
Before that, I completed an internship where I provided technical support, installed and configured software, set up printers and other devices, managed computer labs, assisted with network and connectivity issues, and supported day-to-day IT operations.
