I’m a fresh BS Information Technology graduate majoring in Software Technologies, with hands-on experience in IT support, administrative tasks, documentation, and software projects.
During my internship, I assisted with hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, IT documentation, equipment inventory, and support requests through osTicket. I also have experience working with Microsoft Office, Canva, Figma, Flutter, Firebase, and other productivity and development tools.
I’m organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with both technical and administrative tasks. I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can support a team, learn new skills, and contribute reliable work.
