While I do not yet have professional experience in freight brokerage or local logistics operations, I have completed specialized hands-on training through the 3-Day Freight VA Challenge by FreightCourses101, where I gained practical exposure to real freight workflows and simulated logistics scenarios.
During the program, I gained practical experience in freight quoting, track and trace, shipment monitoring, carrier portal navigation, freight class calculation, and an overview of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). I practiced using major carrier websites such as Estes, TForce Freight, ArcBest, Old Dominion, and other LTL carriers to monitor shipments, retrieve tracking updates, and generate freight quotes.
I bring exceptional attention to detail, strong client communication skills, multitasking ability, and the capability to resolve time-sensitive issues with accuracy and professionalism.
