Last year, I studied how to use AI until I got used to it. I'm reliable, resourceful, and committed to delivering quality work. I was a technical support engineer in my previous job. I fixed computers and networks. I managed two Windows servers and an open-source OS, "Linux." It was a retail store, so we also troubleshoot POS systems and other printers like Fargo card printers when there were issues.
