I am a recent graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Far Eastern University, one of the well-known universities in the Philippines. Throughout my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, auditing, taxation, and business analysis.
During my studies, I gained hands-on experience using various accounting and productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SAP HANA, and other accounting software used in coursework and case studies. These experiences strengthened my analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills while helping me become detail-oriented and organized.
I am also a Certified Bookkeeper, which further enhanced my knowledge of accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, and bookkeeping processes.
As part of my professional training, I completed my internship at KPMG, one of the Big Four audit firms. During my internship, I was exposed to real-world audit engagements and learned how to work in a professional environment while collaborating with experienced auditors and clients. This experience improved my communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking skills, as well as my ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
I am eager to begin my professional career in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, and I am excited to apply my knowledge and skills to help businesses maintain accurate financial records and support informed decision-making.
