I am a registered nurse by profession here in the Philippines. I have hospital experience which gives me an edge in understanding how the medical field works. Moreover, I worked as a customer service support who handled claims and benefits both under the member line and the provider line. I also have a certificate on medical coding which gives me more edge in understanding what codes will be helpful in getting the claim paid. I did a side job where I call insurance companies to follow up on claims and work on disputes related to it.
I also have an experience as an appointment setter/ scheduler for tea-----------etings with a prestigious banking company. I know that this sounds too far from my field of expertise but this did help in expounding my skill sets.
I focus on work quality, accuracy, dependable customer service, pro-activeness, being creative and taking initiatives. As for my soft skills, I have worked with some eHR platforms and also common online work spaces though I'm happy to be trained on other platforms used specifically for your business.
I easily learn new thing so it won't be hard to train me. I am goal- oriented, hardworking and optimistic that makes me a good team player. I am currently looking into part-time roles but even though I would participate as a part-time worker only, be rest assured that I will always put my best foot forward and be an asset to your company or group.
