I am a Construction Cost Estimator and Construction Admin Virtual Assistant who holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (June 2012 – April 2017). My background spans international estimating for residential and commercial markets in the United States and Australia, supported by core expertise in architectural plan interpretation, quantity take-offs, bid management, and project documentation. My career experience includes working remotely as a Construction Cost Estimator for Australian Company where I evaluated architectural elevations using Bluebeam and Planswift to calculate cladding take-offs based on local supplier rates, and for US-based Company, where I created formal proposals and material take-offs via STACK. Additionally, I worked as an on-site Project Manager for Philippines-based, directing trade scheduling, budget management, procurement, and site coordination. Across these roles, I built proficiency in industry-standard software including Planswift, Bluebeam, STACK, Groundplan, Buildertrend, Buildxact, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
