I specialize in building automated workflows using Zapier and ----------- — connecting CRMs, forms, and communication tools so leads get routed, clients get onboarded, and data gets logged without anyone lifting a finger. I also integrate AI directly into these workflows (using ChatGPT and Claude) to classify emails, draft replies, and extract structured data from documents — turning busywork into a system that runs itself.
What sets me apart is a technical foundation most VAs don't have — an IT degree and some hands-on experience with web development. It's not my focus, but it means I pick up new tools fast and I'm not intimidated by the more technical side of automation (APIs, webhooks, data structures) when a project calls for it.
I approach every automation the same way: map the manual process first, understand exactly where time is being lost, then design a system that fits how the business actually works — not a generic template. I also believe in keeping humans in the loop where judgment matters (approvals, final replies, key decisions) rather than automating everything blindly.
