Manage and maintain a portfolio of microfinance clients. Conduct client interviews, credit assessments, and background checks. Evaluate loan applications and assess clients’ capacity to repay. Process loan applications and ensure complete and accurate documentation. Monitor loan payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Conduct field visits to clients and verify business or income information. Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Assist clients in understanding loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial services. Meet assigned targets for loan releases, collections, and client acquisition. Prepare accurate reports regarding loan accounts, collections, and client activities. Follow company policies, lending procedures, and applicable regulations. Promote responsible borrowing and financial management among clients.
