I am comfortable handling multiple inquiries, following support procedures, documenting concerns, and maintaining a professional and helpful approach when communicating with customers through chat and email.
I am seeking a part-time remote position in Technical Support, Chat/Email Support, Web Testing, or Web Development.
I have experience working with PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as developing and managing web-based systems and databases. Through my academic projects and OJT experience, I gained practical knowledge in website development, system functionality testing, troubleshooting, database management, and identifying technical issues.
I am also interested in web testing and quality assurance, including testing website features, checking functionality, identifying bugs or errors, verifying user interfaces, and documenting issues clearly for resolution.
For technical support, I am capable of troubleshooting common computer, software, connectivity, and application-related issues. I am comfortable learning new tools and technologies, following technical procedures and instructions, and assisting users with their concerns in a clear and professional manner.
I am a fast learner, responsible, adaptable, and detail-oriented. I can work independently in a remote environment, communicate technical concerns clearly, provide effective customer support through chat and email, and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
