I'm a fourth-year Computer Science student in the Philippines, currently in my thesis stage, with hands-on experience in social media content tools, UI/content design, and technical problem-solving. I work comfortably with Canva and Figma for content creation, and Google Analytics for tracking performance — tools I've used across academic and personal projects.
My CS background gives me an edge most VAs don't have: my current thesis is actually about detecting manipulative design patterns (dark patterns) in mobile apps — the same psychological hooks used in ads and social content to drive engagement. That means I don't just create content, I understand why certain posts perform and how attention and interaction are engineered, which I bring into how I'd approach content strategy and analysis.
I also have office and administrative experience from the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator's Office (MPDCO), where I used QGIS to digitally map out towns and handled paperwork and documentation for the office head. This gave me practical experience with data accuracy, structured documentation, and working within an established office workflow — skills that translate directly to VA and admin support work.
On the technical side, I've completed DataCamp certifications in SQL and cloud computing (Azure), and Cisco's Introduction to Cybersecurity — so I pick up new platforms, dashboards, and tools quickly, and I'm comfortable troubleshooting issues instead of getting stuck on them. I've also led UI design and deployment on a faculty-facing digital display system and collaborated across multi-person technical projects from planning through delivery.
I'm detail-oriented, reliable, and a fast learner who's open to feedback. I'm looking for a long-term social media management, analyst, or virtual assistant role where I can take ownership of real tasks and grow with a team.
