My experience includes reviewing construction drawings and specifications, preparing quantity estimates and material requests, monitoring project progress against BOQ targets, preparing progress reports and project billing, and coordinating with clients, consultants, design teams, and project personnel.
I also have experience in fit-out projects in Dubai, where I handled technical and material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, specifications, revisions, and coordination with project stakeholders. I have also assisted with quantity takeoffs for bidding and project requirements.
I am proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, SketchUp, and construction estimating workflows. I am detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting deadlines.
