I am a Legal Assistant with almost 8 years of hands-on experience working with a U.S. personal injury law firm. During my time with the firm, I provided comprehensive litigation support and worked closely with attorneys and case teams handling personal injury matters in Nevada and California.
My experience includes drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, motions, disclosures, and other legal documents; court filing and e-filing; monitoring case deadlines and dockets; coordinating with opposing counsel and experts; organizing case files and exhibits; and providing general administrative and litigation support.
I am familiar with U.S. litigation procedures and experienced with tools such as Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Dropbox, ShareFile, and other legal support platforms.
I am detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently. I take deadlines seriously and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication when supporting attorneys and clients.
