I have over two years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where I’ve had the opportunity to work in different roles across the E-commerce, Travel, and Financial industries. My experience includes working as an E-commerce Customer Expert, Flight Reservation and Technical Analyst, and Accounting Software Advisor.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in computer literacy, payroll management, communication, and customer service. I also have basic knowledge of accounting and experience using different software and tools that support my work. These roles have helped me become adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different types of customers and tasks.
