I'm a product designer with 4 years of end-to-end ownership across HR SaaS, web3, and frontier tech, and I'm looking for a team where design gets to ship, not just get specced.
Most recently I was the sole designer at Frontier Tower in San Francisco, where I owned FrontierOS from first sketch to production: a PWA operating system with community mini-apps, a tower currency, and event tools. I built its design system as a Tailwind-based component library, published it to npm with Storybook documentation, and shipped the Events feature end to end, from UX to real production releases, working daily with founders and engineers using AI-assisted development. Since April 2025, Frontier Tower has grown to 800+ members and counting, with FrontierOS as the tool they use every day.
Before that, at Sprout Solutions, the Philippines' #1 HR SaaS, my feature design helped grow the mobile app from 48,000 to 70,000 monthly active users, a 45% increase, and a Figma handoff system I built cut design-to-dev handoff time by 26%.
