Hi, I'm Erick. I’m an IT professional with several years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Applications and Technical Support, EDI Integration, and Application development.
My latest job as Enterprise Service Engineer, where I investigate customer system and data issues, troubleshoot application errors, work with databases such as Oracle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide effective technical solutions.
Before that, I worked as a Cloud Applications Consultant at OpenText, where I focused on EDI implementation, client integrations, data analysis, and troubleshooting. I also have previous experience as a Full Stack C# .NET Developer, working with web applications, DevOps, and databases such as MSSQL and MySQL.
I would describe myself as someone who is analytical, adaptable, and committed to solving problems. I also enjoy working with different teams and communicating with clients to understand their requirements and find the right solution.
I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can apply my technical experience, continue developing my skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.
