With a Computer Science background and hands-on experience in n8n, Make, GoHighLevel, Airtable, -----------, webhooks, APIs, and Gemini AI, I design workflows that connect tools, classify and route incoming leads, and keep business processes moving with less manual work. One of my main builds is an AI-Powered Customer Journey Automation system that uses webhook-triggered workflows and AI classification to move a lead from first contact through qualification, CRM routing, follow-up, and booking. Before moving into AI automation, I worked in HR administration and operations, where I also developed an attendance and payroll processing system that is used for recurring payroll cycles. That experience taught me to look beyond the technology and understand the actual business process behind a problem.
