I am an Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in web development, desktop support, quality assurance, technical documentation, and Microsoft SharePoint.
During my internship at Conduent, I supported 30–40 computers, resolved hardware and software issues through a ticketing system, assisted with IT asset management, deployed 70 desktop units, and developed a SharePoint-based HR communication system.
I also worked as a Frontend Developer, QA Tester, and Technical Writer for an IoT-based smart greenhouse project. My responsibilities included developing a responsive monitoring dashboard, integrating the frontend with IoT hardware, implementing authentication and role-based access, conducting manual testing, reporting defects, and creating technical documentation.
