I am a Licensed Customs Broker and Truck Dispatcher with over 3 years of hands-on experience in trucking, logistics, and transportation coordination. In my current role, I manage daily dispatch operations for a fleet of 8 trucks, including driver scheduling, delivery coordination, shipment monitoring, port bookings, warehouse communication, client updates, and resolving operational issues.
I also have experience as a Shipping Coordinator, handling import/export shipments, freight documentation, carrier coordination, shipment schedules, costing, and customer communication.
To prepare for remote U.S. freight operations, I completed specialized Truck Dispatching and Freight VA training covering load sourcing, DAT One, Truckstop, RPM and deadhead analysis, HOS-aware trip planning, broker communication, rate negotiation, carrier vetting, shipment tracking, TMS data entry, and BOL/POD documentation.
