Hi! I’m Lorna, a customer service professional with more than three years of BPO experience supporting customers in banking, travel, and telecommunications.
Throughout my experience, I’ve handled customer inquiries, billing and account concerns, travel reservations, payment-related issues, fraud concerns, account updates, and upselling. These roles taught me how to communicate clearly, stay patient with difficult situations, pay close attention to details, and find the right solution while following company procedures.
In my travel role, I was recognized as a Top Agent for our Traffic & Tolls Charging Team. I also received a Certificate of Excellence in one of my customer service roles for exceeding expectations and demonstrating strong customer-service qualities. These are achievements I’m proud of because they reflect the kind of worker I try to be—reliable, responsible, and committed to doing my job well.
I’m now transitioning my customer service experience into a long-term remote career as a Customer Support Virtual Assistant. I can assist with customer inquiries, administrative support, data entry, account updates, billing-related concerns, travel and reservation support, and other day-to-day customer support tasks.
I may be new to the VA job title, but I’m not new to taking care of customers. I understand how important it is to listen, communicate professionally, document information accurately, and remain calm when a customer is frustrated or needs help.
I’m also willing to learn the tools and processes your business uses. I take notes, ask questions when something isn’t clear, and make an effort to learn from feedback so I can become more independent and reliable over time.
I want to be known as the kind of worker you don’t have to constantly remind—a person who takes responsibility for her work, treats customers with respect, and genuinely wants to make things easier for both the client and the customer.
I’m looking for a long-term opportunity with a client or company where I can contribute the experience I already have, continue developing my skills, and become a dependable part of the team.
If you’re looking for someone with real customer service experience who is teachable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with your business, I’d be happy to speak with you.
