With a background in Information Technology and several years of experience across software, ERP, and business systems, I have developed a diverse set of skills spanning product delivery, software development, quality assurance, technical support, and system administration.
My experience has primarily been with education and enterprise systems, working across areas such as enrollment, billing, accounting, payments, student accounts, reporting, integrations, and data migration. I have also been involved in ERP implementations, customizations, migrations, and modernization projects supporting more than 20 educational institutions.
Along the way, I have developed hands-on experience with Frappe Framework, ERPNext, Python, JavaScript, Jinja, SQL, MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, Git, GitHub, integrations, reporting, and deployment. This combination of technical and business experience has provided a practical understanding of how software is developed, tested, implemented, and used in real-world operations.
Previous experience in quality assurance, technical support, and system administration has also provided exposure to software testing, troubleshooting, infrastructure, user support, data investigation, and production environments.
I enjoy learning new technologies, understanding how systems and business processes work, and finding practical ways to solve problems. Particular interest lies in building and improving business systems that make complex operational processes simpler, more reliable, and easier for people to manage.
