I build workflow and AI automation systems that help businesses reduce repetitive work, connect their applications, and improve day-to-day operations.
My primary automation platforms are n8n, -----------, and Zapier. I can build workflows using native integrations, REST APIs, HTTP requests, webhooks, OAuth2, JSON, and AI when standard app connections are not enough.
My hands-on work includes completed self-directed systems for AI appointment scheduling, job search and resume optimization, RAG knowledge retrieval, AI-powered email attachment processing, lead enrichment and qualification, accounting data export, Facebook FAQ and lead qualification, and Google Workspace automation.
Some examples include:
• An AI appointment system using Vapi, n8n, Google Calendar, Airtable, and webhooks that can check availability, book appointments, update bookings, cancel appointments, and record call results.
• An AI job-search system using n8n, Slack, Gemini, APIs, Google Workspace, and AI agents to find opportunities, process job information, generate tailored application materials, organize files, and prepare applications for review.
• A RAG knowledge assistant using n8n, Google Docs, Supabase, embeddings, and vector search to retrieve relevant information from an employee handbook.
• A ----------- email-processing system that uses AI to rename and categorize attachments, organizes them in Google Drive, logs the results in Google Sheets, and sends a consolidated notification.

I’m also comfortable troubleshooting workflows. I can inspect execution data, trace where a workflow failed, fix mapping and data-format issues, work with authentication, test workflow paths, and debug integrations instead of only building the initial automation.
Before moving into automation, I worked in customer service, technical/chat support, and Canadian payroll operations. That experience gave me a strong foundation in structured business processes, troubleshooting, accuracy, written communication, handling important information, and following processes reliably.
