I've been in the BPO industry for more than 3 years. I have gathered a lot of experience and honed my skills as an individual. I'm knowledgeable in using MS Excel and Word. I'm also easy to work with, fast learner, flexible and can work under minimal supervision. I have been transferred to 4 different departments since they needed my skills to help them with their work.
