I have hands-on experience working as a Dental Insurance Coordinator in a clinical setting, where I was responsible for checking patient insurance information, verifying benefits, reviewing coverage, and assisting with billing-related documentation. My role involved coordinating insurance matters, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting the clinic's billing processes. In addition to my clinical experience, I have completed training in U.S. dental billing, including insurance claims processing, ICD-10 and CDT coding, eligibility and benefits verification, predeterminations, claims follow-up, and understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). I have also completed a training course in Dentrix dental practice management software, giving me foundational knowledge of its features and workflows. While I am still developing my experience with the complete U.S. dental billing cycle, I have a solid foundation in dental insurance coordination and am eager to apply my knowledge, learn new systems, and adapt to your practice's specific procedures.
