I worked in the BPO industry for almost 4 years. I worked as a data analyst for a healthcare provider company in the USA.
I also worked as an email support representive for a ridesharing company in the USA and also promoted to be a subject-matter-expert (SME). As an SME, I do quality audits, helping the agents in handling their tickets, and process tickets or answer queries and help the drivers/riders introubleshooting their app. Emails are being handled using Zendesk. As of now, I am working in one of the largest shipping companies in the world, I am with them for 7 years. My previous task includes booking a shipment for our clients and amending the details of their shipment upon their requests, responding to their email concerns thru the use of Salesforce. I am currently handling Import and Export Manifest and Delivery Order.
