I've being quite flexible in coding specially using oop php, ajax, javascript, jquery, bootstrap, CSS3, MYSQL, and HTML5. I already used wordpress, joomla, and codeigniter on my part time.
On my current job, I'm conducting design training to all web designers and wordpress designers in our company in which those designers were also divided by team leaders. It was all about the proper designing of the website, guidelines and I keep sharing techniques based on difficulties they are experiencing.
I also conducting meeting to all quality controls and proof readers on how to properly audit the website.
