I worked as a customer service representative for 3 years in an American Student Loan Company way back in 2012. I’ve been in the Sales and Billing Department during my workdays as a call center agent. Eventually, I d----------- to resign and work as a Virtual Assistant starting in October 2015. Generally, I worked as a Virtual assistant who handled calendar management and took some calls until I tried to be an overall administrative assistant. Being an assistant, I handled multiple tasks related to Real Estate closings. I’ve prepared offers, ordered home warranties & inspections, and completed all necessary actions and items needed to close the sale. I am a fast learner, very detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
