I've worked as the POC of our team, handling escalation from my colleagues and other groups. I manage the daily productivity of each of our segments and generate a report to the higher management for past and future references. I know MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I can work under pressure and provide updates, status, and reports in a timely manner. I'm also taking up my Master's Degree in Computer Engineering.
