I started my career as a Treasury Assistant, where I was responsible for managing cash flow, assisting with financial reporting, and handling bank reconciliations. This experience helped me develop a strong attention to detail and an understanding of financial operations.
After that, I transitioned into a customer service role as a Call Center Agent, where I further developed my communication skills and learned how to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues, all while working under pressure.
Prior to those roles, I worked for 2 years as a Cashier and Dining Staff.
