I started creating computer designs back in 1994 using CorelDraw 5 and AutoCAD r12 while also studying programming languages such as Turbo Pascal and SQL with Windows 3.1.
1997 came when websites were becoming popular, I took interest in it and see how a webpage is developed. With the help of my programming background, it was easy for me to study and learn HTML while using Notepad.
In year 2000, while I was working in a radio station as a webmaster and graphics designer, a friend introduced me to Dreamweaver which made my work so much easier. With it was Flash animation, Photoshop, Illustrator and other programs that came along the whole Macromedia package.
All throughout my career I was always working with the marketing people for obvious reasons. And it was always a web and graphics design combination to make sure that everything is inline with the marketing strategy.
As I added a title for myself - Audience Developer - I realized that audience development was right there and then from the beginning of the internet. That's the whole purpose of building a website, to spread the news and create a following then possibly make revenue out of it.
When websites are easier to build nowadays, it has become harder to attract followers of your website. There is so much competition right now with small and big companies having equal footing when it comes to presenting themselves in mobile, laptop or desktop monitors.
Now that analytics, search engine optimization, email marketing through rapid conversion landing pages, social media and a lot more has come, we are now facing the reality of "not-just-gorgeous-designs" but also the proper development of content for SEO. And not to forget that websites should all be mobile friendly, a responsive presentation will definitely lessen bounce rates.
My years of experience working with marketing people in different areas of products and services in a lot of companies and also working with different programmers with their own different disciplines and point of views in presenting different outputs is my biggest advantage. So figuring out solutions is no problem, after all, the internet is a place where all information is available and is where we work at, it's just a matter of knowing the right keywords.
I'd be so much willing to help you find solutions for your online business, may it be graphics design, target audience, content management, responsive website, analytics and seo, I'm on it. I'll be your all around guy, and I'm very much excited to work in a long-term deal.
I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for having time to read my short story.
