I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2022, bringing a strong background in scheduling, administrative support, and customer service.
My VA journey began as an Admin Assistant for a hearing aid company in Australia, where I worked for 6 months. I then spent 2 years as an Appointment Setter at DBC Technologies LTD. Currently, I work as a Night Shift Scheduler for a residential and commercial cleaning company, where I handle daily staff scheduling, client bookings, route planning, and real-time conflict resolution to ensure smooth operations. I also assist in staff coordination, shift adjustments, and confirming availability with cleaners and clients—giving me hands-on experience in both scheduling and staffing.
Alongside my VA work, I have a passion for graphic design and enjoy using Canva to create simple yet impactful visuals for personal projects and for the community group I’m part of.
Before transitioning to remote work, I spent several years in the BPO industry, where I worked as a Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support Representative. I handled calls, chats, and emails for various international clients. I was later promoted to a second-level support role, where I managed more complex concerns like fraud review, reimbursement eligibility, and professional email writing.
I also have:
Basic troubleshooting skills for Android devices
Experience supporting Google Drive and Backup & Sync
Proficiency in MS Excel for reports and logs
Beginner-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
I’m a fast learner, proactive, and highly adaptable. I take pride in delivering quality work with minimal supervision and enjoy taking on new challenges. I’m currently seeking a part-time, daytime remote role where I can continue growing professionally while making a meaningful contribution to the team.
