*Searches, Analyzes, and evaluates records
relating to titles of homes, lands, and buildings.
*Ensures that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use.
*Prepares title reports
and/or title commitment and any other reports or products requested by customer.
*Checks for accuracy of all information in the report prior to completion of an order.
